By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
COMMERCIAL LICENSE: With an active subscription, you are granted a commercial license to sell the physical 3D prints (but not the digital files) created from my designs. This license allows you to sell these printed objects on any platform of your choice. It is important to note that digital files cannot be resold, shared or remixed under any circumstances.
SALE OF PRINTED ITEMS: As an active subscriber, there are no restrictions on the sale of physical printed items. Anything that comes out of your printer is entirely your responsibility, including sales. However, it is clear that you are solely responsible for sales of any printed items. This includes compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to such sales.
UNSUBSCRIBING: If you choose to unsubscribe from this Patreon service, your ability to receive new models, models updates, changes, and customer support will cease. Resources and support are reserved for active customers only. Upon unsubscribing, the user is required to remove any sales ads related to models obtained through this service.
FAN-ART: Any fan-art submitted to this service remains unlicensed by either Patreon or myself. These are considered fan creations, and any sales of printed models based on fan-art are the responsibility of the individual sellers. You must ensure that you have the right to sell such items and that you comply with any applicable legal requirements.
